Spring Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. fresh pineapple
1 c. fresh rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Mix fruit, sugar, rind and tapioca and let stand while preparing pastry for 2-crust pie.
Use strips across top of pie. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
