Hot Dog Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 oz. shredded cheese
    1 large onion, sliced
    5 hot dogs, sliced
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg; set aside.
    Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour to shredded cheese.
    Layer in greased pan: hot dogs, cheese, onion, milk, oleo and dry ingredients; then potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Pour heavy cream on top after baking.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
