Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, then add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour into aluminum muffin liners 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Take 1 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Beat and fill.
    Bake 5 minutes.
    Refrigerate and add favorite topping after chilled.
