Twice Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 white potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    milk
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; dry and pierce with fork.
    Do not wrap in foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When potatoes are done, melt butter in skillet and saute onions until clear.
    Halve potatoes lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Mash potatoes and add other ingredients, beating in enough milk to make fluffy consistency.
    Fill shells.
    Pile high.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until tops are lightly brown.
