Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    flour to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil (for frying)
    1 yellow onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. sweet Marsala
Preparation
    Debone and remove skin from chicken.
    Dredge the chicken pieces in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in some olive oil, just until onions are clear (not browned).
    Remove from pan and deglaze the pan with white wine. Pour the wine over the onion and garlic.
