Potatoes And Chicken Santa Fe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 lb. boned, skinned chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. salsa
    1 small can whole corn, drained
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes 8 to 10 minutes, until tender; cut in 3/4-inch cubes.
    Cube chicken and brown in skillet with oil.
    Add potatoes; toss until potatoes are slightly browned.
    Add salsa and corn; toss until heated through.
    Serves 4.
