Creamy Cheddar Dip - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually blend in milk.
Add Cheddar cheese, beating until well blended.
Cover; chill 1 hour.
