Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked spaghetti
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar chopped pimento (optional)
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 loaf Velveeta
    3 chicken breasts, boiled
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Add chicken and pimento. Mix other ingredients with half of the cheese; blend.
    Pour into baking dish and add remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    This can be frozen before baking.
    A very easy and quick casserole.
    Can be kept in freezer, making a nice meal for unexpected guests.
