Kids Favorite Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

In saucepan over medium heat, stir margarine, sugar and evaporated milk until melted.
Add marshmallows, stirring constantly.
When mixture begins to bubble, stop stirring and lower heat to very low.
Allow to gently bubble for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
Set for about 30 minutes.
