Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    4 to 6 c. sliced potatoes (peeled or unpeeled)
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    shredded American cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil in skillet until brown.
    Arrange potatoes in 2 1/2-quart casserole or skillet you have browned chops in.
    Mix soup, milk and onion; pour over potatoes.
    Place pork chops on top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
