Wally'S Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 medium ham hock
    1 medium onion, copped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash of celery salt
    2 dashes of Red Devil hot sauce
Preparation
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Turn down to simmer; cook 5 hours until juice is thick.
