Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
2 to 3 drops lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and use fork to blend lightly.
Serve on lettuce or in sandwiches.
