Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients together and add these to the other ingredients.
    Mix well in greased and floured 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
