Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. oil or Crisco
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
1 (12 oz.) pineapple juice or crushed or chunks
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. ???
Preparation
-
Brown wings one layer at a time at 300\u00b0.
Remove from pan as they brown.
Drain off oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and stir for 5 minutes on 250\u00b0, stirring constantly. Add wings and simmer 15 minutes, covered.
Remove chicken to serving dish and serve over rice.
