Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    4 red, green or yellow peppers
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 (5 oz. each) cans chunk turkey or chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine rice and 3/4 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap with a section turned back to vent. Cook in microwave on High until water boils, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let stand, covered, about 15 minutes.
