Spicy Thai Beef Salad(Waterfall Beef) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 medium red onion, sliced very thin
4 scallions, chopped
1 lb. lean beef, sliced very thin
2 fresh jalapeno chilies or 3 serrano chilies or 4 dried arbol chilies to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
juice of 1 1/2 limes
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. dry roasted peanuts (can use San-J Thai peanut sauce)
cilantro
black pepper
oil
Preparation

In blender combine chilies, sugar, lime juice, garlic, peanuts and cilantro to taste.
Stir-fry beef in oil.
Sprinkle liberally with black pepper.
Toss lettuce, onion and scallions.
Add beef and sauce.
Garnish with cilantro.
