Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen sweetened raspberries
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine raspberries, eggs, oil and sugar.
    Beat well. Add the soda, salt, flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Mix together well. Spray the muffin pans with any spray to prevent sticking.
    Fill the muffin pans half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until muffins spring back to the touch and are nice and golden.
    (Check at 15 minutes.) This recipe will make 2 small loaves or 2 dozen regular size muffins.
    If baking a loaf, you'll need to bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean.
