Miso Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken thighs
    1 c. miso
    1 c. shoyu
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. beer
Preparation
    Debone and flatten the thighs.
    Mix the miso, sugar, shoyu and beer.
    Marinate chicken in it overnight.
    Broil the chicken over charcoal, basting occasionally.
    Or bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, turning the chicken over halfway through the baking.
