Amaretto Creme On Fresh Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. Amaretto
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    fresh peaches or raspberries
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in Amaretto and vanilla.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve cold.
