Salsa Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, turkey, or sausage, browned
    3 c. cooked rice (any flavor or kind)
    1 c. chunky salsa
    7 peppers (any color)
    1 c. cheese (any flavor)
Preparation
    Slice and saute one green pepper.
    Add next three ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Heat.
    Stuff remaining 6 peppers.
    Place in glass pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts.
