Panfish Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. cooked flaked panfish
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill for several hours and form into a ball.
    Roll in Cheddar cheese and nuts.
    This is a soft spread and forms better if it is left in the refrigerator overnight before rolling in cheese.
