Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 small unpeeled cucumbers, grated
2 c. (small curd) cottage cheese
1 small onion, grated
1/2 c. small pecan pieces
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water; add vinegar.
Add this mixture to mayonnaise, stirring to prevent lumping.
Drain as much liquid from cucumbers as possible.
Combine cucumber, cottage cheese and onion.
Add to mayonnaise mixture.
Add pecans and pour into mold. Chill several hours.
