German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    4 to 5 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. flour
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry diced bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan.
    Simmer onion in bacon fat.
    Add the flour, water, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over sliced potatoes.
    Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
