Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, diced
    sharp cheese, shredded
    Ritz crackers or similar
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain, then blend with mushroom soup, egg, mayonnaise and onion.
    Top with shredded cheese and crackers. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until bubbly in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
