Low-Fat Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 box Egg Beaters (1/4 c.)
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small bag vanilla wafers
    3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    meringue topping
Preparation
    Mix together first 6 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.
    In a deep-dish glass bowl, layer with vanilla wafers, banana slices and mixture.
    May be topped with meringue topping or Cool Whip.
