Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
3 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
3 slices boiled ham, cut in half
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
chopped parsley
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts.
Top each with cheese and then ham. Secure with toothpick.
In skillet, brown chicken, skin side down, in butter.
Stir in soup and milk.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Top with parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
