Red Snapper With Lime Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red snapper fillets
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 limes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Dust fillets lightly with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Then put oil in a frying pan and saute fillets for about 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
    Turn and saute on other side. Serve with lime wedges.
    Serves 6.
