Krista'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. Recip-ease baking mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottom 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients and stir to blend.
Spoon batter into pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
