Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots or desired amount
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. dry onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Precook carrots slightly but not too soft.
    Put carrots in buttered casserole.
    Cover with mixture of all ingredients.
    Top this with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 until desired doneness.
