Oatmeal Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick oatmeal
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. Recip-ease or 2 c. Jiffy mix
    1/2 stick soft oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk (which has been added 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
Preparation
    Measure oatmeal into bowl along with the melted butter, eggs and milk.
    Add flavorings.
    Stir well.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add sugar and all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Oil a loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 to complete 1 hour in all or until bread tests done and light brown.
    Cool completely before slicing.
