Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fancy pasta
1 c. green beans
1/2 c. olive oil
6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. sweet basil
fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 c. sliced, cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 (7 oz.) jar roasted sweet pepper or pimento
1/8 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
-
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until tender.
Drain.
If using fresh or frozen green beans; cook until tender and drain.
