Harvest Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    16 oz. can (2 c.) pumpkin
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. container whipped topping
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In
    large
    bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, cloves, pumpkin,
    evaporated
    milk\tand eggs.
    Blend well.\tFold 1 1/2 cups
    whipped
    topping
    and pecans into pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into crust\tand
    bake
    at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and
    continue\tbaking\t40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Cool.
