Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork loin, seasoned to taste
    12 large apples
    5 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. raisins
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cook pork and beef until tender. Cook raisins until tender. Peel, core and slice apples. Cook.
    Mix all ingredients and add sugar, vinegar and spices; cook all together for short time.
    Can be used immediately or canned.
