Beef-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1 clove garlic minced
    2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cream style cottage cheese
    1/4 cup parsley
    1 cup cooked carrots (or 1- 16 oz. can)
Preparation
    Cook 8 oz noodles.
    Drain and add to above mixture.
    Mix well.
    In a 3 quart casserole, alternate meat mixture and cottage cheese mixture.
    Beginning with noodles and ending with noodles. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    20 minutes or until hot.
