Barkley'S Beef In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 cloves
    1/2 lb. steak strips
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/3 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. red wine
Preparation
    Melt butter, blend in flour; stir in boiling bouillon.
    Add bay leaf and cloves; heat.
    Simmer and set aside.
