Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans creamed or whole corn
4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 strips bacon, diced
1 small onion, diced
4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small jar salad peppers
Preparation

Bring milk to boil in large saucepan.
Lower heat.
Add cream cheese and corn, stirring often, over low heat until cream cheese has melted.
Reserve.
In a small skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain off excess grease.
Add bacon, onion and potatoes to milk mixture.
