Potato Pancakes(European Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 slice bread
    3 eggs
    8 potatoes, ground
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel and grind\t8
    medium potatoes, scrape in a dash of onion, grated.
    Add
    salt\tand
    1\ttablespoon flour, grate 1/2 slice dry bread.
    Beat the 3 eggs slightly and add to mixture. Fry in hot oil
    until brown, 10 minutes each side.
    These are delicious served with sour cream.
