Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen soup vegetables
1 (10 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil. Cook ground turkey in a nonstick skillet until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain. Stir meat into vegetable mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
