Chicken Chili(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. diced onion
    3/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts, diced
    4 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. diced green chilies
    1 c. dark red kidney beans
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Heat oil with first 4 ingredients until onion is al dente. Add chicken.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add flour to make roux. Cook 5 minutes.
    Gradually add chicken broth.
    Cook and stir until smooth.
    Add salt, hot sauce and chilies.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir in beans and green pepper. Cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
