Bette'S Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
2 1/2 c. Minute rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
pinch of poultry seasoning
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash chicken and pat dry; set aside.
In oblong pan, mix rice, water, celery soup, mushroom soup and poultry seasoning.
Arrange chicken pieces on top of mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
