Country Ham Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    4 oz. cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/4 tsp. maple extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease 12 muffin pan cups.
    Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, adding the ham with dry ingredients and the maple extract with liquid ingredients.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan cups.
    Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
