Grandma'S Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats; add margarine.
    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in eggs, vanilla and sugars.
    Add dry mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes.
    When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (1/2 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon). This is a very moist cake so a toothpick test won't work.
