Slimmed Down Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) low-fat crust (unbaked)
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. honey (include 2 Tbsp. sorghum)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    3 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. skim evaporated milk
Preparation
    Brush bottom of crust with a little of the egg whites before adding them to the filling.
    Mix pumpkin with honey and spices. Beat egg whites; add milk and stir into pumpkin.
    Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
