Chili Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped onion
    1/1 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 1/2 cans beef broth
    2 c. small red beans (pinto beans are good)
    1 large and 1 small can tomato sauce
    chili powder to taste
    salt to taste
    Louisiana hot sauce or ground cayenne pepper (if you like)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef over medium heat
    in large saucepan. Add salt, onions, parsley, and garlic,
    stirring until onions are tender. Add beef broth, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and hot sauce. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for at least 2 hours. Stir often to keep from sticking.
