Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1/4 c. plain flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook sausage, stirring to crumble.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Set aside.
    Combine oleo and flour in saucepan.
    Cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
    Add sausage, salt, pepper and corn; stir well.
    Place half of egg slices in bottom of greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with sausage mixture and remaining egg slices and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
