Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
    tortillas (corn)
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown
    meat
    with onion; drain.
    Add chilies, soups and milk. Salt
    and pepper to taste.\tLet simmer about 5 minutes. Dip tortillas
    in
    hot oil.
    Layer mixture, cheese and tortillas, ending with cheese.
    Put a little black pepper on top for looks. Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling around all edges and cheese is melted.
