Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco oil
5 eggs, divided
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
1 can pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and oil.
Add egg yolks.
Beat well. Combine flour and soda.
Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla.
Add coconut and nuts.
Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
