Chilled Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/4 to 1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
    1/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour dressing into bowl and mix in all ingredients except vermicelli.
    Drain and mix with vinaigrette.
    Chill for 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
    Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
