Parmesan Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread (unsliced)
    1 large clove garlic, halved
    1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Halve bread lengthwise; rub with garlic.
    Cut in 4-inch sections, then 4 x 1 x 1-inch sticks.
    Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 minutes to lightly brown.
    Cool half of bread; store airtight for another batch later in the week.
