Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. dry milk (dry form)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    4 c. pared, sliced tart apples (about 4 apples)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl the flour, dry milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and the nutmeg.
    Mix dry ingredients and butter with a fork until crumbly.
    Put into a greased baking dish the sliced apples, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.
    Bake near center of oven for 45 minutes, or until apples are tender (oven temperature at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0).
